Hi Mate, You have neglted to tell us what talent sp you are. Enhaement, Elemental or Restoration ? This has a influee on what gear you will get most benefit from.
I've rently made a shammy alt, so i have something to do in between raids with my pally (and i'm sk of healbotting >.<), i've levelled it to 17, and i have some questions about shammies, espially on gear issues. I've been looking at the mail items in end game instaes, and i realise that not a single one has strength on it. Being the primary damage stat for enhaement shammies, how am i to deal with this? Does AP reple STR as the primary stat? I note that the tier items doarry strength on them, so is it intended that shammies use quest blues and greens until they are able to get tier tokens? I'm more than a little puzzled at this, and i find it a little ridulous that the primary stat for an entirelass is basally unhievable. Perhaps there's something i don't know yet? I'm hoping someone will enlighten me on this.
Enhaement Shamans gear for STRAP, AGICRIT, STAM, and MP5 to the elusion of all else. Until you get your tier gear you'll be sharing ep mail drops with Hunters. While not quite optimal, the gear does generally have twe as mh AP asomparable items would have STR in addition to every other stat we need, so the only thing you're really missing is that extra juy bonus from Blessing of Kings.
Wah for greens too btw, There are several greens out there that rival the lvl 70 blues for enhae shammies, of the bear if i member right. StrStamombos. They lk agilint, but you will have watershield, and shamanist rage for mana regen for your shks, andan still attain a very dent amount of APstam to begin Kara with. I had a pair of lvl 66 green gloves, that I found nothing better until I got mylone gloves. Even then, they give me more STRStam than thelones.
